Returns & Refund Policy
Overview
At Casa Brava Coffee, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every customer to enjoy their experience. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns on roasted coffee products unless they arrive damaged or there is a quality issue. If you receive the wrong item, or your order is damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the issue and brief description of the issue.
Wholesale partners are encouraged to inspect deliveries immediately upon receipt. If your order is incomplete, incorrect, or damaged: contact us within 5 business days and provide photos and documentation of the issue. We’ll work with you to resolve it promptly. Wholesale returns are not accepted for change of mind or unsold stock.
Exchanges / Non-Returnable Items
We do not offer product exchanges at this time, but if there is a problem with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products such as special orders or personalized items. Also, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refunds
If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that refunds may take 3–7 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to contact@casabravacoffee.com.au. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
How to Request a Return or Refund
- Email us at contact@casabravacoffee.com.au with your order number, reason for return, and photos.
- We will provide you with a return address and instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund, or store credit accordingly.
