At Casa Brava Coffee, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and carefully as possible. All our products are packed with care to ensure they arrive fresh and in perfect condition. Please read our shipping policy to understand our delivery process, estimated timeframes, and costs.

Shipping Locations

We proudly offer Australia-wide shipping and also provide international shipping to select countries. If you’re ordering from outside Australia, simply select your country at checkout to calculate shipping costs. If your location isn’t listed or you’d like more details about shipping rates, feel free to contact us for assistance. We’re happy to help!

Processing & Delivery Time

     

      • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-5 business days after payment confirmation.

      • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-10 business days after dispatch.

      • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-4 business days after dispatch (only available for Australia shipping).

    Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs import processes, public holidays, or carrier delays.

    Shipping Costs

       

        • Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $12.50 AUD (free shipping on orders over $100)

        • Express Shipping: Flat rate of $18.50 AUD (only available for Australia shipping)

        • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery method.

        • International Shipping: If you’re ordering from outside Australia, select your country at checkout to calculate shipping costs, as they may differ depending on your country.

      Order Tracking

      Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package’s journey.

      Undeliverable Packages

      If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs. If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, please email us at contact@casabravacoffee.com.au with your order number. We’ll be happy to help.
